What strips are you using? Mine are .325W and I use .375 thick acrylic.

Also, if you want them to be polished clear, plexi will not work well, you need acrylic. If frosting them, plexi works fine.

My OD is 3.9 and the OD I use is 4.5.

I got these for the lights. I am just sanding the edges of the acrylic (sorry, used the general name for it):

It's a great mirror, just wish I was using it. I talked to the rep in FL and he said they would not undersell their distributors. The distributors can mark them down if they choose.
