I didn't . The last run of last year the bottom track ripped out ( took 3 seasons). The screws are really short and I re-attached it today with longer screws.

I doubled the number of screws and used longer ones.

Dr, changed my 5 year old impeller today...there was nothing wrong with it until I dug it out with screwdrivers. "Change it every year or you will be sorry"

After sitting out for a few hours, the old impeller was snapping out of it's cramped shape. Too bad I chewed it all up pulling it out.

Majestic or Skippa, did you add stiffeners to your side walls when you added the big ballast?

I added them to mine and used aluminum channel for the bottom

Ya it's pretty good, I ran the custom sac and 2 people in the boat today and had good push.

I will be having the valve stems replaced, those do have some cracks but when I had the flat repaired a few weeks ago, the guy said the tire looked great.
