Maybe that a boat from a relatively small manufacturer (at the time) with a rickety tower (no offense) could produce such a solid wake.

Or the crazy damn owner seen around the Delta that has it so slumped over for surfing it looks about to capsize.

I have honestly heard good things, except the failed marketing strategy of no ballast required. I know Malibu wasn't as bad as Tige but they did the wedge so their boats didn't need ballast, or not that much ballast either.

There is no replacement for displacement

You can call it rickety, MetCrap, a death trap, worst POS ever, or a number of other things.

But saying that it "sucks" is going too far.

Didnt the tige's back then still have wood stringers? Thought I heard that about them too. Considering I hadn't ridden behind a Tige until our demo I am in no way saying they suck. Just maybe rickety.

The Metcrap tower sucks. That's for sure. But in '99 who had a solid tower? No manufacturer came with a good tower, that's why my friend made so much money building towers. He was BOSS Towers.

I want a new tower, but I'll probably be getting rid of my 21V at the end of this year, or beginning of next year...
