Skippa I have a similar B+ buss. Mine has writing on it that says shower, heater, tower lights and dock lights. I unplugged the orange wire and and added my heater install wire at that point. I lost my horn function. I put it to another terminal and the horn worked.

Two thoughts here.

The wring in the buss means nothing.

And maybe the orange wire is you horn. ???

I would trace some of those wires and see what they run. Or just systamatically eleminate them.

I remember one too. I think chp suggested to add a capasiter to the taps. I am not sure why.

Have to give chp a shout out. While hooking up the syn4 I had a few questions on the wiring and settings. I quick call and he lined it out. I probably would have never gotten it. The instructions leave a lot to be disered. So...

It's a boys week this week. Mrs Hyphen is heading to Elko Nevada for her monthly trip for work. Lets see what kind of trouble the little human and I can get into.

I just got in from testing several different power options and moved the ground. Still get the pop on the taps. It is when you let go of the the taps switch. I only had the accessory power on no key on and it still does it.

I will have to search to see who had the issue.

I have installed the ballast, replaced the fan on the heater, replaced a group 24 with a group 29, and added this stereo toggle switch. I had the radio on after the ballast install and new fan for the heater but never tested the taps.

What happens if you place the wire back on the acc. side again. Same effect?

Worked on my boat all day. It was cool so I did not get to the lake.

Made a lot of progress on finishing up installs.

nice Wakeman - glad to hear it's coming along. I will finish up this week and water test next weekend.
