Do you have the c/v so it does not drain out the fill pump?

I can't recall what he had. If it is bad RT might have problems. Iwndr if RT has gotten his yet?

The only part that was bad for me was cutting the through hulls. Now I did move my hands slowly when I had them up under the gunnel.

ok, to be clear, are you thinking of going closer to the sac or to the pump? I put my check valves down near the pumps.

I am going closer to the sac. I have it about 12" off the pump.

My wife did the paperwork to get the Washington State highway tax refund for the gas we put in the boat.

She had to fill out one form to get them to send another and then send that one in. After all the work, we got a check for $9.60. I don't remember the total receipts we had, but I think it was around $250. We only started saving receipts late in the year.

looks like I am going to change the design of fill hoses today - thanks for the input.

I need to check better to see if I am losing any water out of the sac. If so I might be looking at some c/v's.

That may not be the only problem. I only have an issue on one side and they are both ran the same. I have thought of spinning the pump a half a turn and see what happens.
