                    I need to measure. I noticed that one side was thicker and it was slanted or thicker on one side of the piece I took out. I don't recall which one was which but one was closer to the bottom and the other was out a bit.

                          I was wrong

                          bottom 3/8"

                          one side was 3/8" and the other was 1/2" to 5/8"

                              It looks good to me... I think the biggest thing is getting the balls to cut those holes. Mine aren't big enough yet.

                                My next thing will probably be to run the hose.

                                Where is the best location to run the fill hose and the vent hose?

                                I was thinking about the fill hose following the gas line then coming around the side by the gunwale. The vent I was going to run up along the gunwale towards the back then tee into my drain. I realize that I am going to have to have some play so that the sac can fill and empty and the hose can move with it.
