No, they liked the price of the r20 too much. I was looking at the rz4 next to the R20 when they were in it by themselves and they couldn't get a seat cusion up, so I showed them, then I started showing them more stuff in the boat and they were asking me questions like I worked there, which I quickly explained that I didn't work there, even though I had my black tige shirt on.

First time in Denver.

It's easy when you know the product and like the product, it's why I'm thinking about joining or starting my own dealership when I'm too old to fly (mandatory retirement @65).

Thanks Ewok, you sound like me this weekend. I had to explain to several today I did not work for Bu, they thougth I was the factory rep.

I'll say that after climbing around the Z3 and new Rz2/4, I'm going to take good care of my 09 rz. Tige put boxes aft of the bow seats to encapsulate the pro level bow ballast bags and they take up room that I use in my boat. They made the storage in front of the helm smaller too which is where I keep all my life vests. I also like how my observer seat back flips up without having to lift the entire seat cusion, it feels like it takes away some access space. I'm not a fan of the bow filler cusion either.

That's all because I'm used to my baby and have her set up how I like it. They are beautiful boats, it's just interesting to me to see how they have made those slight changes.

Even though some might think it's a conflict of interest, I think it's a great idea to have enthusiastic owners show potential buyers around the boats. I had fun today, wish I had a close dealer to hang out with and teach some folks about boats.

Iwndr if dealers ever have a drivers clinic to teach new owners the finer points of driving, not just the basics.

I don't think it's a conflict of interest when you are helping potential owners knowing you are not a salesman. I think clinics are great idea...our dealer offered one for ladies last summer, but had a low response.
