So...back to the IT frustration. They seem to have finally found the issue and corrected it. Of course it was something minor that knocked our office out of action for the whole day.

So far we haven't heard any explanation why it wasn't worked on before the end of the day.

Where the hell did RT come up with an equation for the speed you need to barefoot based upon your weight?

If you are going to get mathematical on it, shouldn't your foot size enter the calculation as well?
