Either I missed it or you didn't say, did you do one hole for the tower speakers per side or one per speaker? 2 or 4 holes?

Hyphen from your picture of the wire coming from the tower is the tower just tightened from the top using the allen screw? I was thinking there was a nut that I would have to grab onto to see if they needed to be tightened.

The rear leg's bolt threads into a threaded aluminum plate glassed in to the deck.

Because of the way the Samson/Exile clamp works for the swivel and quick release you have to drill for each speaker. It's nice though because you never see any wires.

The Family and I picked out a new RZ2. It will be stripped down of stereo, board racks, and drivers seat. Must haves will be heater, surf Bimini, pro ballast and will be a custom color with flake. Going in next week to see if it pencils out.

One hole per speaker.... Maj and I briefly talked about this on the phone a month or so ago.

I had the same question, and CHP answered in a thread when I was bored, and obsessing over this project.

I have an offer on my boat and they are part of the deal. Iwndr if I get a small discount for not getting the factory sacs that are just going to get tossed anyway?

Was this planned, or did this just present itself?

That's what my wife said. I had an un-solicited offer and it seemed like a good time to see if it's doable. The nice thing is with the the new boat the stereo should go quick and the ballast will be a 10 minute plug and play swap.
