Cube up a tenderloin
brown same
add 2-3 cups of water
throw in about 4-5 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp tumeric
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp crushed pepper
Boil for about 1hr
Serve over rice
