You may be doing something different than I did. Chpthril had me run the pumps off the battery and the power for the switches came from the helm buss bar under the dash. Looks like this;

I prefer to use a single manual-reset breaker to feed all the switches. If there is a short, the tripped breaker can be be reset V's a blown fuse.

The 800 GPH will work fine for any sac, but the fill/drain time will be dependant on the size of the sac. Large sacs take some time, small sacs take less time. Just depends on what you want.
