Got the steering cable re-replaced yesterday. Smooth as butter now - my steering is like RT's posting (one fingered).

Also, since I have the back seat and floor pulled out, I cut a hole and routed the cooler drain hose so that the cooler should actually drain well.
While we hardly ever use the cooler anymore for drinks and ice, at least it will drain properly if we do. The factory routing of the hose was terrible - from the bottom of the cooler, it then ran back and had several inches upward rise in it before they had it finding its way into the bilge. No wonder it wouldn't drain worth a damn.Comment
