Do you use 22's or something with more umph? Can you hunt them in WY without a permit?

they are considered varmints so Just a conservation license, I use a 22-250

That'll get it done! I don't hunt anymore, but .17 HMR is a popular varmit load.

I guess coyotes moved up to predator status in Wyoming, but you still do not need a license

I like it cause you can reach out there and touch something with them. I've always wanted to shoot a .17

Yes you can. I think out of staters just have to show a hunters safety certificate but I'm not positive

I guess I could but he can't. I have been wanting to get him into HS but he has always had a conflict.
