Chp would have to get you a pic since it's in his shop. I'm pretty sure the permanent mount it screwed flush inside the frame, then it has thumb screws if you want to take it off. I never do, just fold it down.

I think we are going to be golden for a nice sub setup under the helm, with little modification. The plastic inset with the Malibu logo came right out and the space under the helm is plentiful.
