My shoulder had pretty much healed from tearing the AC except for if I tried to bench press or push ups. It would sometimes be sore after wakeboarding. Since I had met my deductible with my son I figured I would at least have it looked at. Dr said he couldn't see anything and if I could wakeboard I was good. He wanted to do PT or an MRI. I figured I could do my own rehabilitation, PT.
I decided to start benching from the beginning, bar only. Well that was painful and lots of popping. I am up to 10 pounds on each side. I had to control myself, I wanted to just put all the weight back on, so I didn't injury it more. I figure slow and steady and I will have it back to 100% before too long.
