March to June, then it slows. Then picks back up a little when folks pull them off the water for winter.

Given the same power, the larger will be slightly louder then a smaller speaker, but maybe not enough to really tell. But, the advantage of upgrading to the larger speaker is the added surface area increases the mid-bass output this creating a richer, fuller sound.

80 V's REV-8: Powered the same, the REV may actually appear to not be as louder. This is due to the harshness of a typical HLCD is often confused as volume. The REV's are so smooth, they do not have that "Brightness" as the 80's.

You'll be glad you held out for the SX65M's. The continuous mid-bass cone allows the speaker to keep up with the large aggressive tweeter that was used on the SX65C. Not to mention the other build features that make it more suited for the marine environment. Glad to see it out

Under the helm work good, but with your custom sub enclosre that might be tricky to work in.

I want to get more weight in the back corners so they will go behind the walls in addition to the custom 1k from Chp.
