I'm ready for a few shots of something. I just found out I'm deploying again 1 Nov. It's the job and I don't care if I'm home or not, but breaking the news to the wife is the toughest part, she hates the job. The reason she is going to hate this one is that I'm going to miss her birthday, the two kids birthdays, vertans day, Thanksgiving, our 10 year wedding aniversary, and Christmas

It's only a 60 day and I'll be back 27 Dec and ready for one hell of a new years party. I actually like deploying, I don't have to do my desk job, all I do is fly, it's great. The only thing thats sucks is the family is not there and they miss me more than I miss them. By that I mean when I fly I don't think about anything else but flying. The way Cougar flys with the picture of his wife and kids on the instrument pannel is BS. If any of us were distracted like that when we flew we wouldn't make it out of flight school.
So my deployments go by pretty quick when we fly 6-11 days straight, get one day off to catch up on sleep and fly another string. The family at home gets reminded every second that I'm gone with pictures around the house and chores that don't get done.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.
