It was interesting talking to Ben at Mead - we asked about how they design a new hull. He said that it involves a lot of "black magic" and unknowns, but basically comes down to making and adjusting clay models and doing lots of testing. Seems like they missed the mark a little on this one.

Don't know but have other manufacturers sold their prototypes?

I think the key is that the ones out there are the prototypes and not the production. Now, we don't know if the production will be any better but we will have to wait and see.
