I've made some gradual diet changes that are easy to live with and help reduce calories. Such as switching from sweet-tea to un-sweetened iced-tea. Just doing this alone helped me loose 10 lbs in 2 months.

I bought from a 14 year Tige dealer the month he closed. Then a new dealer every year the next 2.

Do you have a stable dealer now? My local dealer does not have and Tiges on the floor at all, and not much on their website either , I don't have high hopes for their longevity as a Tige dealer.

I just looked on the list of Tige dealers and my local dealer is gone . Guess I'm getting my service done at the MC dealer, they carry Centurion and PCM.

I stop soda in January and have kept off the 15 lbs I lost.

I hope so but since I'm out of warranty I'm not using them, 70 miles away and 40% more expensive. They sell Motorcycles, snowmobiles, jetski's and have a couple boat lines.

Theres is actually a new study out that indicates that those that drink drinks with artificial sweeteners may loose less weight then those that drink drinks with real sugar.
