Worst is poor dealer, makes people ANGRY at the brand. Next worst is no dealer, no one there to sell the brand. Least hurtful would be new dealers every year, at least its getting out into the market and in people hands. If there are new dealers every year due to poor dealer service, that is a really bad situation.

I bought from a 14 year Tige dealer the month he closed. Then a new dealer every year the next 2.
