I would guess that he is just distracted by class work and college girls. Mostly the latter.

How about Bfrank selling his boat and only choosing between Mastercraft and Malibu.I think he just slalom skis,so he wouldn't want much of a wake at all.Zad should be able to help him with BALLAST.
