He didn't do to much over the summer and was feeling better then the end of July he started soccer. He played one tournament, three games, and was in crying pain, but he played and scored most of the teams goals. He could barely walk or sit. We took him to the Dr and he had fractured L4 and L5. So the Dr said he was done with everything. He has a custom fitted back brace.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.

When Zads ballast comes to visit I'll over-exert myself and my lower back will get real stiff and it'll be hard to stand up and walk for a few days. I use a heat pad on it at night when it gets that bad and I keep popping the advil.

And the more ballst you use, the faster you have to drive to keep the shape and the curl. I've figured that out reading and watching ragboys video. with my set up now, I run 10.6-10.8, but when I add more weight I'll have to speed up. It's all about the angle of attack of the hull to the surface of the water, everyone else calls it lean, but speed affects the angle of attack just like in an airplane.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.
