Boyd would probably be really convenient. Do you know anything about these lakes? Would they be good? I have only been on Boyd and that was for a short time test driving a boat. From what I recall it is just a big open area, no where to get where you are away from the chop.
Boated at both of them for years. Boyd is only 1 mile west of my office but horsetooth is a nicer lake. If you've never been there, that's where you should go. Is this a for sure thing yet? I can put in for a half day and see what happens. I could also bring my boat so you don't have to lug yours up from parker.
That also is unweighted. When i run Pro Ballast 2000lbs. i lengthen the line to 85' and speed up to 24.5mph still keep taps on 6.This picture is No weight 22.5 mph taps on 6 and 75' rope.Rider is 5'6" and weighs 160 lbs.

I need to check to see if I can get the time off. Dr mentioned that he didn't know that far out yet.

I finally went wake to wake on my boat, last time was on my brothers boat, but the line was shortened. I need to figure out how to get more pop. I am guessing it is my form possible part my board. Natural to me is going toe side. It seems that I don't have to try as hard heel side but it is unatural and the landing is bad, just need more water time.
