In my honest option a little boat (even the RZ4 IMO) doesn't require a diesel for towing it. All you need are good brakes.
I have half a mind of going back to gasoline for the simplest reason of dependability. When you are towing 10,000-12,000lbs you're likely better off with the diesel, but not always. And no matter which way you slice it, all of the three bigs have issues with their diesels, period.

If I didn't have 0% financing and almost paid off, I'd be looking at the ecoboost since I'm not hauling a 10,000# horse sled around anymore.

I agree. I pulled a boat around for 4 years with a 6cyl Toyota 4Runner. It did a good job. No worries. You don't need a diesel if it sits on a lift 85% of the time.

Electricity is on!I can cut off my Diesel Generator in my Diesel Motorhome that sits in between my Diesel pickup truck and my Diesel Snap On truck.Enough said.
