Im lost without the PW thread!!!!

I stayed home and performed way too much yard maintenance all weekend, even though I did sneak out for a short practice set early Sat. morning. But was home by 2pm.
All day Sunday. I'm more tired from yard work than a boating weekend hangover.

I was with a buddy that hauled a customers boat (old beater runabout) out of the water. There were no straps on his trailer so he walked it on the trailer with an old ski rope. No straps in the back. When he hauled it up the ramp, the boat slipped just a little off the bow support.

I'm turning around looking at it while we are driving back to his shop. "Hey, that boat is pretty far back on the trailer..." he replies "Nah, it's okay" I say "No really it's back there"

So he slams on the brakes. The boat slips forward, up to the bow support and rides up it a bit and the peak of the bow is now millimeters from his tailgate. He laughed and says "Happy now?"

I just turned around and said "Get me the eff home!" LOL
