There's a lot to think about. If they do offer me the job, I wouldn't be surprised if they offer me a salary below what I make now... slightly.
Then I need to negotiate 401K, and other retirement issues. I really kind of have a difficult benefits package right now for anyone private to compete with. Well they can't. The only way they can is by offering a large base salary. Large enough to compensate for the other shortcomings.

The immediate short term positive would be getting to sell my commuter car, which in turn would get me into a 2012 Tige
But I'm getting to old to think about short term that way.
