Yup. I spent some time trying to craft my response to that post. On one hand, it is now more openly discussed. On the other, hell, it sounds like I was maybe the ONLY one to collect anything for the prizes offered last year.

My boat goes in on Friday to fix the intake manifold. Still not sure on the throttle but think it may be a sensor.

I think so. But...another local occasional postwhore found out recently that there is a possibility that he never has actually been awarded the rights to be a Tige dealer. I dunno. I know that I was talking to another boat dealer that mentioned discussions with Tige to be their dealer, and yet another dealer said something similar to someone else.

I plan to call Tige this week and find out the real deal.

I think our boat has just under 100 hours on it. I find that embarrassing and shameful.

But, our friend has a Sea Ray that is 10 years old with less than 120 hours. And he is so damn proud that he hasn't put hardly any hours on it. WTF? Why would you be happy to never use your boat?

If I didn't have to trailer 30 minutes to an hour I could rack up some hours. I think I've only put 15 hours on my boat so far this year. I may get another 30 if everything gets fixed.

Accessibility is a huge factor. I think we have put as many hours on ours over the past month (now that it is in a slip) as the entire previous year.
