I grabbed my blower hose and just lifted it up and {taped} it to the engine side wall. I have to lift the engine cover to effectively run the blower, but at least I can run it for a few minutes before I start the motor.

Hey I watched a surf video yesterday and I can't remember where I saw it. But it was of a dude that got way lost in the wash, dropped to his belly and paddled that chit back up into the wake. Anyone seen a video like that? where is it???????

Ugh, off the top of my head it looks like I'll be about $900-$1000 into a damned stereo install on my houseboat (mild or not - that's too damn much money for me) I really have to spend my money on a few repairs instead of mods but I NEED tunes on that biznitch too. UGH!

You can get a head unit for $100 all day long at BEst Buy. 4 6x9's will cost you less than $200.
That's $300 for "mild".

Seriously, consider doing it my way. You will be shocked how little volume you need in that small houseboat. You can still use whatever you buy when you bling it out. Do it a little at a time to lessen the impact on your wallet... and to reduce the chance of getting that look from your wife.

I am considering it... but I'm not going to waste money on cheap crap either. I can get 2 pairs of ARC Audio 6.5's for less than $200 as well so I might go that route for now, but absolute must either way I go is a iPhone head unit. I don't want to waste money on a $100 head unit just to rip it out and install a $260 EQ later. Know what I mean?
