Ah, yea no pics. Like I said, I'll never launch my boat with that many people ever. But when there's 4 wakeboard boats tied off to two houseboats and only one setup for surfing, everyone wants to go watch for a quick set.
I surfed this weekend with a borrowed 4'4" board. Hyperlite Coex. So... its a big NO on the small board. Next one to try is gonna be 5'4". I rode without the handle for all of about 10 seconds.. then lost the wave. I need to tweak my ballast. 800 lbs was not enough to make a decent wave on my 20i. On the other hand, my kid was bustin HUGE flips on the decent wakeboarding wake.
I will post some pics when I get them...

I've invested way too much into my beer belly...
Dale - I'm on a 4'6" surf style board. If you get a 5'4" board, you'll get too comfortable with it and it'll only be good for cruising and drinking a beer on while riding.

Or, go the opposite direction and find the biggest dang board you can...good for cruising and drinking a beer WITH FRIENDS
