Mine's not too bad. But I've twice had to respond to their letter telling me that I need to landscape between our drive strips with either grass or landscaping rock. Both times I've told them it is landscaped with crushed granite per the plan they approved.

Another term is 'decomposed granite'. Try that one on them.

OMG! My landscaping is rotting!

Actually, I think the term I used was 3/8"-minus crushed granite aggregate. Can't wait until next summer to reply to same issue for a third time.
