So I won the fight against my union and after a respectable phone conversation with Union "Chief of Staff" as he calls himself, he's correcting my status in their database as a political objector and not a "challenger"...

Check is in the mail he says. I hope it really is.

A 'challenger' as they call it is someone who thinks the union didn't calculate the percentage of refund correctly for their partisan political objectives. I never complain. Usually my check is anywhere from $600-$1200 and I just accept it and I'm glad I get that back at least.
