I had a punch list too and they took care of every item except one, I'm still waiting to hear the verdict. That was my little rant last fall is that they were not good at calling me back, but that was the service department and not Ken in sales. And Ken did not give me the sea trial either, they have another gentleman who took us out to show us how to operate the features of the boat. Our water time got cut short though due to an approaching thunderstorm.
Overall it was the easiest, no hassle buying experience I have ever had, and I'm happy I bought the boat. I just wish the service department would return messages. I got the feeling that since I lived 7 hours away and was moving to WA that the service department was not as high speed as they should have been in getting my punch list finished and the 25 hour service completed (4 weeks to get it all done )2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.
