So far so good. They have a manditory 2 ride alongs and recommend 3.

I hope to find out if I will be able to make enough to leave my current job today the person I am going with today just started 2-3 months ago.

I have been wrenching on BMW's since 2001 and wanted a carrier change but something still auto related.

I'm not sure how much BMW mechanics make but I remember reading an article about Mercedes Mechanics back in '99 when I start wrenching on Linacs. I considered looked for MB training back then, they make some good dough!

I did. Not any more took almost 50% pay cut 3 years ago. Ouch! I could make more if I moved out of UT but the wife won't let me.
I no longer at the BMW dealer but a Indy BMW shop. Me and the shop foreman but heads and they had been screwing us certified techs. I spoke up for the shop and got caned for it pretty much. And it made the rest of the techs shut there mouths they did me and one other guy the same day and I was one if the top
Techs at the shop.

Only problem is that is the only dealer here in UT.

Now that was depressing I am sitting in a parking lot waiting for the guy to show up.

Well when I was leaving my house I saw my neighbor and it looked like he was hooking up to his boat. I just watched him drive by with it going to the lake.

That did read bad. So you were making good money before the 50% cut? WTF is that ?
I would have gone to a simple DODGE dealership that same day if that happened to me.
