Eddie probably just hauls around his ice-maker in his VLX to restock the cooler.

Although, Malibu may insulate their cooler. With carpet.

Do you shake your head, your palm, or both? If both, do they stay in contact and have no movement relative to each other, or do they each just shake independently? I just want to make sure that I understand.

I usually must rest my right elbow upon my desk, and lower my head into my right palm. At that point I begin to shake my head only where my hand will tend to follow, slowly.
This in turn allows head to be massaged so to speak, allowing the sigh to escape along with the pain I endured by reading whatever comment I had just completed reading.
          Waiting for another good one!

I'm glad you explained it, I was confused too.

I want to confer with the owners manual for your head and hands to make sure you are shaking them correctly. Can you please get me a copy of said manual?
                It's not an optical illusion.
                It just looks like one.....

Are you an authorized service facility?

OK, I think I understand. I know this has worked for you for many years without fail, but it seems to me that there may be a slight risk that your elbow could possibly slip off your desk during this activity, resulting in your head crashing down and impacting the desk.

Therefore, I think I'll come up with a new, more secure method of accomplishing the same task...

What does it matter? I have the right to know the proper way to put my head in my hands so I don't damage something shaking it...

                        Right?

Just skip the elbow, and repeatedly beat your head against the desk?

I think I saw somewhere in the maual to use spray glue and duct tape to firmly anchor your elbow to the desk. I think I read that anyway, I Was at the service center, and was overlooking the garage monkey readding the owners manual...

                                Right?
That kind of technical information should not be in the hands (pardon the pun) of the non-technical commonfolk. You are likely to do more harm than good by trying to articulate this move at home without the proper equipment.
