I called Ford in Dearborn and they worked with me on my '06 Ford.
I just got off the phone with them earlier today and from what I've heard from dealerships and others, they'll likely split the bill on the radiator with me. So around $900 completed.

1999, my left (forward) foot came out of the binding and the nose of the board plowed under the water and twisted my leg.
Spiral fracture to my right femur, shattered it into 5 pieces. I was in traction for 3-4 days, in the hospital for a little over a week (had to wait on the titanium rod they put down the middle of the bone - it was backordered )

I once had a raditator problem. Where I parked my truck cotton tree cottom would accumulate. When I started the truck it would suck up the the cotton and it all got crammed in the raditator. I didn't know till I was pulling my horse trailer up a mountain and I overheated. Luckily the dealer was awesome, I didn't even buy the truck from them, they waited till I go there late on a Friday night and took care of it for me.

I think it has been 4 weeks for me. It still hurts and I don't have full movement. I am going to wakeboard next weekend with my brother.
