First time was within one minute of launching on the maiden voyage
...very minor dings due to being a nervous, dumb, new inboard owner.
Second time was the only significant one - noticed at the last second that the water dead ahead looked shallow, cut power but too late to avoid damage. The lake had dropped since we had gone the same route a couple weeks previous.
Third time was at an unfamiliar launch, a guest said he was familiar with the harbor, so he took the helm as I parked the trailer. As he puttered around waiting for me to get back, he hit bottom. Very minor again.
The prop shop got good business from me that first year
