I wonder if your combo would fit my Plates. I would really like the two wakeboard, one surfboard combo.

I prefer to keep my surfboards along the top of my tower so they don't get dinged in a rack...
          Waiting for another good one!

Cant really do that with the E-series tower.

Since cornhole has been an ongoing discussion here in PW,
Here is a photo of my buddy's set that he makes custom.

He has this raw set ready for color or artwork. Or stained natural.

Anyone? Just hookin' a brotha up!

Here's a natural set he did with brass corners.

I can't and won't get into a long comparison war trying to describe differences between the KM6500.2's and other brands, but I can tell you we did a few things different with that speaker. Specifically we took steps to address shortcomings we felt were typical of the coaxial horn design, as first presented by JBL back in the late 40's.

That "horn sound" you typically hear about in some coaxial designs is often due to the fact that you have a straight section of tube in the horn. This is necessary to get the sound from the horn driver, mounted on the back of the midrange driver out to the front of the speaker. The KM6500.2 takes the horn and removes it from the midrange allowing the use of a different horn geometry, a TRACTRIX horn geometry. Tractrix horns are the closest at re-creating a spherical wavefront; the way sound radiates through air naturally. Put simply, there are no places along the horn's length where area is constant, so no standing wave resonances can form.

The other features of the KM6500.2 include sealed midrange cones, (ho norn going through them) for greater cone area, full hi-pass / low-pass crossovers for smoother flat frequency response and a flat impedance curve, and neodymium mid driver motors for super efficiency. Take that and add a power handling of 200 watts RMS per side and know you really have a small pro PA speaker system disguised as a wake tower setup.

                        It's not an optical illusion.
                        It just looks like one.....

Change your manifolds and risers every 3-5 seasons. I have never heard that before.
