If Matt was the broker and not the owner/seller, then he very well may have just listed the boat as it was presented to him (on paper). Isn't he in Canada? I find it interesting that people don't mind being shoddy but when it gets out there that they are then they get mad. Similiar to Dingles experience the dealer had a chance to step up and redeem themselves but did not. Who's fault is that?
Bottom line, treat others how you would like to be treated and invision what kind of review you might get, if it is not one that you would like, maybe you better change your ways.
