I had mine done 18 years ago. From what I remember, I was fine after a couple days. Good luck.

At least it did in my experience. The best description I can give is that, for a couple of days after the procedure, it was a dull ache like someone had kicked me in the nuts several minutes previously. It wasn't painful - just slightly uncomfortable. Any jolting motions, like walking up/down stairs was not very fun. Other than that, it was no big deal.
