                  Just follow the Dr's orders - take it easy for a while, ice regularly, and you'll be fine. The only bad stories I've heard have been from guys who admit that they did stupid stuff like playing golf or basketball the next day.

                          This is true...

                          I was active the next day, but I still took care not to over do it. I was up and around the same day actually. You'll be drinkin' beer post ho'n it up all day just fine I'm sure!
