Hi Eddie! Somebody said earlier I was probably reading the thread to Robert. Well, he wants to know if you can feel the vibration in the steering wheel.

I can feel it some in the steering wheel, but it's coming from the rear...kinda like washboard on dirt road. Could it be a rotor, wheel, tire...not noticeable until I'm slowing down 20 - 25 mph. I need to drive it some more and see if I can tell.

I had something similar once and found it was a broken steel belt in a tire.

Tennessee post.....rollin' rollin' rollin'.....everybody has had a good cussin' from Robert so far, no air horns though, he says he cannot figure out why people go the speed limit. God help all those other drivers out there and please help me.....Driving is one of those things not included in the "most" post. The motorhome has a huge OH Chit handle....thank goodness

Robert said that if it is only happening when slowing down, it it is likely a brake issue, like a warped or bent rotor. Steering wheel will shake because of this. Robert said if you want it fixed, just be in front of us....he would fix it good so you get a new one. Just kidding.

They replaced one wheel and one tire, both springs, and both shocks. I don't have the paper work, but he didn't mention anything about the rotors or axle.

I have a set of horns. I just need to find a cheap 12Volt compressor and tank.

That would concern me if it damaged the wheel it could have leveraged the axle.

Eddie, don't encourage him....that would cause an accident. He says the two hadley's is pretty loud....but not like that

Eddie, I was reading your post to AJ, Did a Ford dealership do the work? And did they replace the rear housing? Maybe you can get a better read on it with more testing....

That would concern me if it damaged the wheel it could have leveraged the axle.

I didn't sign off on the repairs, so I'll have it back to the shop next week after I have a chance to check everything out.

I was at Ford and I don't recall them mentioning the rear housing.
