Seems the Florida, Southern Texas, Southern Arizona, and SCal people are the only ones enjoying their boats this time of the year.

What could we do to cheer up our Northern friends??

True, CAT offered since '08 I believe. You have three options - std. flappers, straight stainless, or the STE turned down. I've had the silent tipped turned down on both of mine.
