The light for my bilge compartment comes on when I turn on the courtesy lights, and/or when I hit my sarcasm switch, not when hit the bilge pump switch.

Good, I might be fine. I will have to double check that.

and Stirring the pot.I tried to zoom in on the dash last night but still couldn't read the buttons.I'M sure the transom light is on the right side.It may be a button that rocks both ways.

Checked it, and it didn't work. So I guess I am back to pulling the batteries. Hopefully I can get to it tonight.

Skip - send your boat to chp. He can install a killer computer-controlled LED display in your bilge. Think of Phil's loveboat display. But in your bilge! AWESOME! You'd have the best looking bilge in the country.

Oh, and while he's down there, he can probably even make sure your bilge pump works.
