I just didn't want you to think a SNAP-ON TOOL was cheaply made. They are very expensive but they are quality tools.
Says the Snap-On SALESMAN! j/k, they are great tools and the warranty is awesome. My Dad had one of my Grandfather's Snap-On ratchets that he used in WWII to fix airplanes and the bearings locked up on it after 50+ years and they warrantied it with no problem and he has the same ratchet only 50+ years newer.
I got my Dad a set of the 50th Anniversary Corvette screwdrivers back in 2003 and he won't use them, they are a decoration in his office because he says they look too nice to use. Grrrr...
The only thing I know about to ever be stolen from our house was a masonry wet saw. Guy was installing tile in our house and had it setup in our garage. He came into the house, set a couple tiles, went back out to cut a couple more and it was gone. He wasn't a happy tiler.
They took my 21 speed Trek, son's electric scooter and the air compressor. So I replaced the garage door with a hurricane rated garage, new opener and made it difficult for the crooks. Next month the back door and side door get replaced with new doors that have triple latch and windows that are missile rated. Unfortunately, we have to do this stuff aside from crooks wanting in. Insurance it getting retarded and we're forced to mitigate. The standard is now 121mpg. This means doors, windows, and roof all must be certified to 121mpg minimum.

Masonary wet saws have really come down in price compared to 15 years ago.
I just bought a Bosch table saw. I LOVE IT! No harbor freight stuff for me.

That really sucks, you should move up north where there is less crime. I never used to lock my doors or cars in ND.
