the higher the letter the newer the certification.It's not rocket science.just change the dang oil so you can go out THIS SEASON.

I know but why not update the dang manual. I think I am just going to pick one up and go from there. It sounds like it is a crap shoot. Probably like gas, there are only a couple of refineries.

It is good that I had a job title change and don't have engineer in it any more.

I put over 100 hours a year on my boat so i have to change it mid year.so you can second guess yourself all you want,but it's best to change oil before you use your boat this season.reason you will start you boat with clean moisture and acid free oil.If you get a mityvac pump like i have you can pump oil out in about 15 minutes[cold oil].Benefit no moisture or acid is run through the engine.NO oil wears out they just get dirty and additives get used up.DO what you want i'll be riding and having fun not second guessing what i should have done. P.S. 30WEIGHT OIL TATES LIKE SYRUP AND ATF TASTES LIKE CHERRY COUGH SYRUP.THAT'S HOW YOU TELL THE DIFFERENCE.
