You have to learn all about leading questions, compound question, subjective replies, and when to remain silent.

It's a lot of fun cause you always have to remember, the first person to show emotion and get bent out of shape looses in the jurors eyes. Jurors are typically good ole fashion, down to earth, 9 to 5 people that feel they must serve their community. In short, good simple foke.

I honestly don't know what Dave went through, but I do know he's changed a lot. His temperament as subsided to the point he's ready to walk on water. I know something happened, and I know the outcome was good. But that's all I know according to what I perceive to be true. Personally, I like the new Dave but I sure miss the fun we had when he was cantankerous SOB. All things work for a greater purpose, we just don't know why until we get to the other side. ya know?

I really do think that he probably is just busy with other things. He isn't hanging around on this site as much, and therefore probably doesn't take the time at every opportunity to respond or get into jousting with others in threads.

However - you must admit - that you have changed your behavior, as well. You used to make almost every post an attack and seemed to completely discount every other opinion or idea on this board. You now appear to reply in a (usually) much more calm tone, expressing some level of understanding or admiration in many of your posts.

In other words, both dogs in the fight appear to have decided that constant battle gets tiresome.

Always use; "As best we know" or "It is my opinion that" when stating facts. This will keep you out of trouble when you under the prosecutions fire. The best ammo you could possible use when being drilled is silence and a blank stare if you have to go to court and your being made a clown.
