Who did the work? I should think that they will get to have fun doing it again...

Don't want to say as I don't know what happened. I guess it could be shipping damage although the box was in pretty good shape.

Be sure you take pics of the box and save all of them for evidence. Interiors are too expensive to have to do twice. Stitching looks too good for them to have used bad material but I guess anything is possible. Who did them for you?

It's best to call whoever did the work first and see if they had it insured for shipping damage.Then call the shipper and save the box and the pictures.It will be considered concealed damage if the box isn't torn or crushed.Then the shipper and the shipping company fight it out.GOOD LUCK!
