I think that we all thought that you were wayyyyyy too patient.

Besides that what about the others that had made comments but about different circumstances. I guess that is one way to keep business, force them to stay.

They should have looked at it as an eye opener or positive criticism and changed their business model to one that would be more affective and leave for a positive customer experience.
