NV has great tax laws! Private party no sales tax! There has to be a catch, how does NV make up for it? Income tax? High initial purchase tax? High reg fees? They have to be screwing the people some other way.

Tax on gas is one way they can make up for it.

Missouri has personal property tax but Illinois doesnt. Thats one reason why their gas is on the average 10 cents higher
