Adam you taught your son well, he needs to know that going to auto parts stores, and hard ware stores multiple times during half hour projects is perfectly acceptable and encouraged.

LOL!!!! Within 20 miles of home. At least we have time to unwind today, but gotta unpack the beast, take it back to storage, and decide whether to re-winterize or not. We will probably just drain the lines, and keep a close eye on the temps.
Oh Crap...forgot we have to do our taxes! So much for unwinding.

Argh! I am so effing fed up with the dealer here!

For all that time holding the boat, all he did was: install MB-8's, annual service, winterize (WTF did he winterize it for now???), and replace the trailer wiring plug.

What he did NOT do: listen to me and omit the Pro-60's shroud when he moved them to the inboard mounting points, turn the speaker faceplates so that the iron cross is oriented properly, order and install the factory fix to prevent the rack bolts from backing out of the tower, get the boat cover tower leg openings cinched down, order a new WS-420 mic, check on the status of rear bench skin from Tige, figure out why my sub only works intermittantly. He didn't even vacuum wire clippings and other crap off the floor!

And on top of the poor service, he also decided to charge me way over MSRP for parts. Since I had $1000 Pimp My Tige credit, he felt that charging $1000 for MB-8's (with an MSRP of $800) was OK. $95 for an impeller. Etc.

Screw it. I plan to never have him perform any other work on my boat again. I have given him several chances to turn around his customer service with me, and he refuses to change. I guess he just lost a customer for life.

A few pics. Now I need to figure out how to rotate the faceplates for all four tower speakers.

That Bites Ding! It seems as if your dealer has no concept of customer service, hopefully your other options work out better,

                    Your boat still looks beautiful

                      Thanks!

At least this will force me to learn how to service my own boat. If warranty work comes up, maybe Tige will deal with me directly. And I need to try to find a certified PCM mechanic just in case any serious engine issues arise.

Looks great! The pictures don't show the magnitude of how big those Mb-8's are, should sound great.

Thats too bad your dealer is a D-bag. I've been there.

Yeah, when you are right next to them, those enclosures are huge!

Hopefully I won't have any need for dealer involvement. We'll see.

I would be open to coming down and learning to service Tiges on your boat for no charge, just plane fare and a room at most any casino on the strip. I will also require a full set of tools from Robert and a air conditioned shop

I think we can straighten out those Grills if we put a lot of ballast on the port side when underway, and just ensure that when you park it while on the trailer always put about 8-10" of lumber under the starboard side wheels
